  2. The second blade from Morse caused one machine fuse to blow during a cut.   This cut was not complete so it was not counted in the total number of cuts.

Notes and Observations

  1. Material being cut: 304SS 2.5 x .105" between two pieces of 1 x 4" wood
    Speed: 1650 spm, Downforce: 28 lbs., Feed rate 13 sec.
  2. The fourth Starrett blade blew two fuses during testing.  These cuts were not counted in the number of cuts because they were not complete cuts.  A second blade was retested but this blade was discounted because it had a lower number of cuts than the original.
